Welcome to HOMBO Technology Co., Ltda. These Terms and Notes (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.homboled.com and your B2B transactions with HOMBO Technology Co., Ltda. (“HOMBO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our site, requesting quotes, or placing orders for our LED and solar outdoor lighting products, you agree to these Terms.

1. B2B Business Nature & Orders

• Wholesale & Projetos: We are a specialized manufacturer of LED outdoor lighting solutions. Our primary business caters to global B2B importers, wholesalers, government project contractors, and distributors.

• MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): Specific products may have MOQ requirements. Please consult our sales team for detailed MOQ on standard or customized items.

• OEM & ODM Services: We welcome OEM and ODM requests. Custom designs, specifications, housing, and brand packaging will be subject to separate manufacturing agreements and prototyping approvals.

2. Product Specifications & Intellectual Property

• Quality Assurance: All HOMBO products pass rigorous testing and hold major international certifications (CE, ROHS, ETL, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001).

• Modifications: We continually improve our LED street lights, solar lights, and heat dissipation technologies. We reserve the right to update product specifications, components, or designs without prior notice to optimize performance.

• Patents: HOMBO holds over 200 tecnologias patenteadas de núcleo independente. Any unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or distribution of our proprietary optics, designs, or systems is strictly prohibited.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

• Quotations: Unless otherwise stated, official price quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices are generally quoted on an EXW or FOB (Guangzhou / Shenzhen / Zhongshan) basis.

• Payment Methods: Standard international B2B payment terms apply. For regular bulk orders, our terms are typically a 30% deposit via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) prior to production, with the 70% balance paid before shipment. L/C (Letter of Credit) may be accepted for eligible large-scale orders upon negotiation.

4. Production Lead Time & Shipping

• Lead Times: Standard production lead time ranges from 15 to 30 working days, depending on the order volume, material availability, and specific customization requirements.

• Shipping & Logistics: We coordinate with reliable global freight forwarders for sea, air, or express logistics. Buyers are responsible for destination customs clearance and associated import duties unless utilizing specific DDP services explicitly agreed upon in advance.

5. Warranty & After-Sales Service

• We stand firmly behind our commitment to high-quality manufacturing. Most HOMBO LED lighting products are backed by a 3 to 5-year warranty, depending on the specific model and the drivers/chips used.

• If a manufacturing defect occurs under normal use during the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts, repair services, or entirely new replacements per our detailed warranty policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

• HOMBO Tecnologia Co., Ltda. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from improper installation, incorrect voltage application, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized physical modifications to the lighting products.

7. Governing Law

• These terms and any separate B2B sales contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any business disputes shall primarily be resolved through friendly negotiation or submitted to the relevant jurisdiction in Guangzhou, China.
